The party that reported us to your organization left out a lot of the facts pertaining to what we did, why we did what we did, and the rudeness that the was delivered by this party to my staff and myself.  The party complaining to you prevented access to the roll-off box by placing mounds of...

stuff, junk, garbage.   Our driver had to spend over an hour preparing a path to get to the container.   The reason I hung up the phone on the party is that she was demanding that I fix the problem of ruts in her yard when it was not all our ruts.   Regardless, a sensible and agreeable tone from a customer is expected when discussing issues.  This person was neither.   Respectfully, David [redacted] Garrison Disposal
