Garrison Protective Services

The security agent monitoring the parking lot of Lowe's Home Improvement store at [redacted] was rude, unprofessional, threatening, and verbally abusive. We encountered this female worker on July *, 2016 at approx 2pm. We parked next to a vehicle that had a boot on one tire, a smashed front window, and a broken out side window (which apparently was her car as we learned) . As I was walking between our car and this car I was looking at this car. The security agent rudely started yelling out that I wasn't allowed to look at her car and that I should mind my own business. I told her I was merely looking at the car as it was parked next to ours and that I hadn't touched the car. She went on a bazaar rant yelling irrationally. We kept walking towards the front of the store and this agent continued to drive beside us in her security vehicle. She followed us in her car to the front entrance of the store, put her car in park and proceeded to get out of her vehicle all along calling my friend insulting names, ranting and raging because I simply looked at her car. My friend and I walked in to the store as we felt this situation would escalate. We called the 800 number listed on the security vehicle and lodged a complaint against this agent. We have not heard back from Garrison Protective Services as of this date. I cannot imagine why a company would employ someone that represents their company in such a negative light.
