I am a long time customer of this business. I have always been totally satisfied with the quality of their work. This is a professional and reputable business that is very responsive to customers' needs.
They cover all of my property needs including mowing and landscaping, plowing and salting, driveway sealing, spring and fall cleanup, lawn treatment as well.
I highly recommend this business.

We tried to like this business, even had them to work on my personal home. They did a pitched and two flat roofs, then replaced 2nd and 3rd floor Windows. Windows were never installed correctly. Called re: warranty repair for roof and Rob took days to respond. Then made appointment to come take a look. Then no show, no call. Then 2 days to respond. This was in the middle of our June/July 2015 monsoon weather. He didn't even trap the roof to drop further damage. Then went out to the house never looked at leaks inside, and told us it was the chimney. That's on the pitched roof, that didn't leak. 2 days later roof is leaking just as bad on the flat roof. We withheld Payment because the last time it took him 5 days even get the job accomplished. We tell him this weekend he said he'll be out to fix it the next day so show no call we wait still no show no call I sent him a message he doesn't return the message until the next day and he actually has the audacity to ask me about Payment. I reminded him of his lack of communication and continuous no show no call track record and told him we weren't comfortable releasing the payment for a job that was not done. He wanted to get a bit of an argument but I reminded him that he already made over $5,000 on jobs at my house and the other house and was paid promptly and on time and he needed to look at his records. He said he would contact the tenant and he needed to get in and see the leaks again he didn't return her phone call nor did he show ur call when he was supposed to know did you ever go look at the leaks and once again decided that o.o it must be the chimney unfortunately the chimney is on the pitch roof and the flat roofs are leaking on the other two levels. Out of fairness of good faith we paid him 50 percent of the balance that requested and we told him that when it rains the way it was raining before as a proper test we will settle the rest of the balance. Even told him we felt fixed to take this scrub because of his poor communication and lack of reliability and leaking roof after his first fix.To this date he is not offered to go upstairs and do a check and look at the roof he claims he fixed. Or do a good faith hose test, and so we have to wait for it to rain heavily again to expose the roof to similar condition. Unfortunately August has been drought dry, with 1 heavy quickie storm here and there. he will not call the owner and discuss anything with him and now he says that he wants to get remaining $450. Even laughably threatened a lien, clearly he hasnt been keeping up with his Yelp, Google, and Revdex.com online reviews our kept the email chains and texts we've exchanged hunting him for repairs!

I never write a complaint about contractor I work with in the past 11 years being a landlord. I alwasy patiently give other a chance to get thing right second or third time. This is an excetional, bec I am very upset with no return phone call and broken promise. --Early January this year, 2013, I experiencing a roof leak on my back bedroom area. I find [redacted], owner of Garrison Roofing LLC from [redacted]. [redacted] was the first respond to my online request. He came out the next for an estimate. I approved roof fix fee of $500 for "2 year warranty. If leaks shall occur within the 2 years period, Garrison Roofing LLC shall return for minor repair".--June 14--due to a major storm my roof leak come back.--June 17--I leave [redacted] a voice mail on his cell phone and spoke to Mary (receptionists) regarding my leak.--June 18--[redacted] returns my call with an attitude. We work thing out and he agreed come out on Thursday June 20.--June 20--I leave a voice mail asking for update. No reply.--June 21--I leave a voice mail asking for update. No reply. I call the office after they hear my name, the receptionists ask me to be put on hold but hand up on me.--June 24I leave a voice mail asking for update. No reply.I need help or any advice you could provide is greatly appreciated. I have until July 2 to address the issue to avoid additional penalty for breaking a new lease condition. I want my money back so I could pay other company for my roof fix. Thank you for all your help in advance.[redacted]Desired Settlement: If [redacted] come out few day ago, I may be paying him more for the differences to get a brand new roof. Review: We hired Garrison Roofing replace our existing roof and stucco the entire rear exterior of our property in December of 2011.

The stucco began crumbling off and cracking within the first year of the application.

The windows of the property leak since two months after the stucco was completed. The company has sent different people out a few times to re-caulk around the windows but to no avail. The leaks are still happening every time it rains. The walls where the windows are leaking all need to be replaced once the window leaks are fixed.

The roof started leaking this year as well every time it rains. The roof has never leaked before. The dry wall on the ceiling in one room needs to now be replaced once the roof can be fixed.

MANY phone calls to the company about each issue and there has been no attention paid to these issues. The work was said to have a 15year warranty.Desired Settlement: Unfortunately at this point, we have reached out so many times and are so unsatisfied with the response and the work that was done, I would like a refund so that I can utilize the funds to find a more reputable service to fix the many issues that have happened since this company has completed work on our property.

Review: I tried contacting the company for three week with no answer. The problem (the tall drain came off the side to my house). Because they did not return my call, I called my home owers insurance to see what I could do to get the drain placed back on the side of house. The company that the insurance company sent; took picks of the roof. I also informed my home owners insurance of the links in the kitchen and the bedrooms. They informed me that the roof should not be leaking this fast. Beacause they did the roof on 08-08-11. The company that the insurance sent put the drain back up and also reported that the drain should have been sealed properly and it should have come all the way down to the ground.

I called the company again and they call me back two days later. The person that come to my house reported that they were not responsbile for the drain falling and they would charge me $350.00 to fix it so it will not fall off the side of my house again. I did not let them do the work because I did not feel that I should have to pay them for doing something that they should have done right in 2011.

When I called back again. I spoke with the owners mother and she informed me that they will not come back to my house unless I was going to pay. I also informed her of the links an the pictures that the other company told me about. She reply with "I know they did a good job and I should not be having any links. I asked her I could speak to **. [redacted] and explain this to him. She stated,"He may or may not call you back." I informed her that may need to get legal help with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to fix the drain and make it fix properly on the side of the house and make it long to touch the ground. My warrenty is for 15 years on the roof and that has not been the case. I want this matter taking care of because I know after several years it will need to recoated the roof and I may have to continue to deal with them. I also would like for them to pay for the repairs I have to do for retiling the kitchen ceiling and the two bedrooms.

Review: I received work done on three roofs of my home on February 15, 2013. Garrison Roofing provided me with a different phone number and address at [redacted], PA [redacted] and also a ###-###-#### phone number. After work was done on the roof there was a lot of leakage in the same spot that they were supposed to fix. I called them numerous times and received no answer, I finally talked to someone who said that they would be out December 21, 2013 in the morning. I waited all day and at about 2:30 pm I received a text saying the technician John would be arriving to my house a little late because he was running behind schedule. However, they never showed up I had a two year warranty I continued to call numerous times and never received a call back. As a result, I felt used and that I was being taken advantage of as a single parent and a first time home buyer. They swindled me out of $1,475.00.Desired Settlement: I prefer to receive my money back due to I had a two year warranty and never received confirmation for someone to come out. I feel as though the work was never done it is actually destroyed my ceiling and new hardwood floors. I still need to get my roof done over. I feel extremely dissatisfied with the lack communication and professionalism. As a customer my needs were not met and no one from the company has bothered to get in touch with me regarding the matter of my 2 year warranty.

Review: On March 24, 2010, I paid Garrison Roofing Contractors, $3500.00 to fix my Roof. The Contract document written by them does not contain their address, as well as their License Number. It also does not show the detail of their work.Recently I, applied to [redacted]. for getting insurance for my Home as well as Auto.[redacted] Insurance Company needs the above details for my roof work.I contacted Garrison Roofing Co. on 06/19/2014, by phone,and talked to [redacted], who is the Owner. He promised me to send me the required information via email ([redacted]), He told me that if I don't receive it in an hour then I shall call him. Since I didn't receive anything from him, I called him after one and half hour later, he didn't respond, I called him several times on 06/19/2014 and left him messages, but he is not responding me at all. I need this information or certificate very urgently.Today on 06/20/2014 again I called him, he did not respond I left him numerous messages, begging him for the above information which I need for my insurance purposes. If I don't get that info. I may loose my insurance and may pay very high price for it.Thanks[redacted]Desired Settlement: He shall be directed to provide me with the information about the details of work so that I shall be able to get my Home Insurance

Review: Last year I contracted Garrison Roofing to replace basement hatchway, which they did for $600.00 replacing the original material with a product called T1-11. They sent me specs on the product and offered me a fifteen year warranty. The wood started to warp and split within a week. Garrison refuses to stand by the warranty, will not replace the defective door not refund any of my money, even though they promised the Consumer Protection agency that repairs would be made Feb 28, 2014. I have not heard a word from them nor seen any money.Desired Settlement: At this point I don't want them to work on my house, I just don't trust them. Would settle for the money I paid so I can have the job done correctly.

Review: I had Garrison Roofing install a new roof in April 2010. They provided at the time a 15-year warranty for the roof. I noticed a leak in the roof two weeks ago and immediately contacted Garrison Roofing about it. A representative called me back and indicated they would be in contact about repairing the roof. I have called multiple times since and they have neither returned my messages or provided any indication of when they would repair the issuesDesired Settlement: I would like Garrison Roofing to honor their warranty and repair the roof. I would like Garrison Roofing to contact me so we can work out a time for the repair to occur when I can be present to make sure they are done properly.
