Garrison's Grasscutters

The first 2-3 times the service was great. They require payment in advance but they struggle with keeping up with customer payments. They stopped showing and finally after several text they showed. I paid in advance for desired work needed and the job never got done. The voicemail is always full. They don’t respond to emails or text messages. Mr Garrison always has an excuse about staff or something. I also have an attorney that has sent letters and they have not responded. They need to be shut down. I just want a refund.

I PAID for service and it was still not done by them.
I PAID $100 for Garrison's Cutting to cut my grass and for them to cut tress. It has been two weeks and not a word from them beside what I needed done. After that nothing I sent emails, text, and called and still no response. I ask for a refund twice and still no response.

Paid over 13 days ago and my grass has yet to be cut!
I have used Garrisons Grass Cutters 5 times. The first 3 times everything went well. The last time the cut someone else's grass and told me that they had cut mine. It took them 15 days to finally cut it. This time I paid 13 days ago and I have yet to hear from them. I have called several times but there voice mailbox is always full. I have sent text messages and emails. At this point I just want a refund and I will never use them again.

I've been using Garrison's Grasscut since April of this year. For the last couple of months the service has been horrible. I was told that he would come on the 1st and 15th and he only followed though on that the first couple of months. I paid Garrison on July 8th, and only received one cut. He came out on July 25th after 7pm and didn't complete the work because it was to dark outside. He promise to come back on the next day and never showed. I've been trying to contact him since that day but no avail. I even took pictures of the lawn and sent it to him to show the poor quality of work, still no response. I want FULL refund from this company!!

I paid Mr Garrison on line on 7/7. Services has yet to be rendered. Finally on or about day 10 from the submitted payment I received a text and a less than mediocre response but he at that time stated that he would be here by the end of the week which would have been day 14. We are past three weeks and no response to numerous text or phone calls. I wound not recommend him to anyone and ultimately would like my money back.

On June 10, 2018 I paid this company for lawn cutting services. I was instructed to pay via website to have services rendered within 7 days. I contacted this company June 15th inquiring about my appointment as I have a fence. I was told that since I paid on the 10th they had 7 working days to provide services and that would be on the 18th. I contacted the company again on June 21st, 22nd, and 25th. They have not provided a response.

This is my first time using this company and because of the professionalism, courtesy and willingness to get the job done and done correctly, I will continue to go with these guys every time.

They went over and beyond for the $25 and I definitely will be using them from here on out. The staff was professional and I have absolutely no complaints.

Garrison's Grasscutters LLC was previously contacted for service in April. They did a wonderful job and I decided to use them for future lawn care services. I sent the owner a text on 06.01.2017 at *** for my grass to be cut again.*** responded my requesting me to go to their online site (***) to pay for the service and they will be out to cut my grass. Their site does have an "inclement weather exception" which is understood. As of today 06.23.2017 my grass has not been cut. I have contacted Garrison on 06.15.2017 via text stating my grass has yet to be cut, Garrison advised they would be out the following day to render service. It rained the following day so I understood they would not be able to come out. However, since then I have tried contacting Garrison on several occasions regarding service to no avail. I called and left voicemails, at time Garrison's mailbox was to full to leave any messages and I sent text messages. I am completely dissatisfied with service NOT rendered and the lack of professionalism and communication from the company.
