This customer had his complete roof replacedAfter the fact asked for a metal patio to be replacedThe wrong metal was sent by manufacturerWhile waiting for the new metal patio customer decided to use this opportunity to block workers access to property to complete job in an effort to avoid
paying balance due for the completed roof jobThe patio was only $of the jobThis case will be turned over to the DA's office for theft of services if balance is not paid in full(we will deduct the price of the patio cover that we were blocked from Installing)

I visited Mr. [redacted] in his home at [redacted] on or about 12/1/2015. Mr. [redacted] was not a personal customer of mine. He entered into a contract with [redacted] on June, 5 2015 under the name S A Roofing & Remodeling using my phone number and misrepresenting himself as the owner of San Antonio Roofing Company. [redacted] has committed fraud against Mr. [redacted] receiving money from him for work never performed. [redacted] accepted and cashed a Bank check paid directly to him and not San Antonio Roofing Company. I have had no involvement in any fraud committed by [redacted]. I have had zero personal involvement with [redacted] pertaining to any other business dealings concerning S A Roofing & Remodeling. I have had zero personal involvement with [redacted] pertaining to any business dealings concerning S A Roofing & Remodeling.   I am assisting Mr. [redacted] in resolving any issues with his home. Any workmanship or warranty on behalf of myself and San Antonio Roofing Company will be under a New and separate contract between Mr. [redacted] and San Antonio Roofing Company.   My attempt to help Mr. [redacted] is being offered as a jester of good faith on my part and San Antonio Roofing Company to avoid any further damage to my reputation and the desire to maintain Mr. [redacted] as a future customer for my company. I do not have any legal responsibility under the contract between Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] and/or S A Roofing & Remodeling. [redacted] has perpetrated fraud against Me, San Antonio Roofing Company and Mr. [redacted]. This fraud will be pursued legally through any and all avenues available to myself, My company and Mr. [redacted].   I was accompanied by [redacted] (Thompson Roofing) as a third party witness while visiting with Mr. [redacted] at his home on or about 12/1/2015 I will forward additional documentation ASAP supporting the fraudulent actions in question.

I am rejecting this response because: the response is not true. .  I cost of the patio cover was $1800.  Additionally, I did not tell them not to come on my property until 9/21/2015...they promised to complete the work in July,and always had an excuse.  They left my home in a bad repair, and the completed roof is leakin, a sign of the cutting of corners. I have just spoken with Mr. [redacted] for SA Roofing and at this time he is working on a time to come to my home and work out the issues.
