Disrespectful, intrusive, CHEAP landlord. Won't fix anything proper. Always comes around with out advance notice. seems like he is always there, but nothing gets fixed. No privacy. Says he's a Christian, but doesn't act like one. Rude. Accuses tenants about things that are his problems because of cheap quality materials and work man ship. Only cares about $$$$
