Annette Hale installed a heat pump in our home in Jan Our power bill did NOT go downWe had water accumulate in our flexible ductWe could feel air being forced UP through our down draft cook topI called Annette Hale to come back this summer to come see if we had duct work down or anythingThe Tech came and said No(I had suspicions they had not crawled under the whole house, because I have done it and it is difficult due to some area's there is very little room to move aroundAccess from the other entry was blocked when they moved the flex ductwork through it) Today I had a different company come and they found a 4"x4" hole in the boot and the flexible sleeve was Not attached to the ventIt had NOT been attached with anythingWe have been having $power billsWe also asked them to see if you had installed dampers you told us would be installed, which they are not findingWe have been heating and air conditioning the crawl space off our house for months nowThe company that came today said it looked like two different crews did the work because 1/the house had the plastic on the ground and the flexible ducts we taped and hung correctlyThe other side of the house the plastic was balled up and in a corner, the ductwork was not taped or hanging correctlyYour technicians missed or caused the two problems during installation or when they returned to check the duct workWe paid you $to FIX our ductwork, install dampers, and install a new heat pump so our power bill would go down and we would have adequate heating and coolingWe now have had to pay $power bills and to have someone else to come and fix the problemsI sent a message thru Angies list on Nov 4th and I have not received any feed back
