Our goal as a company is to have happy Customers, and while this is heartbreaking when we just can't accomplish that in every caseWe will more then happy to refund this Customers money There was a non refundable $shipping fee and a International Customs fee of $which we paid on this Customers behalf and have deducted from her refundA credit of $has been refunded back to her original means of paymentThe in store credit previously issued has been voided and is no longer valid

I don't mean to be rude but I would have been able to provide you the right information had your company answered the "costumer service" calls I made and ended up getting voicemailIt's interesting to see when costumer want to purchase an item your company answers the phone quick yet the "return" line rings and ringsFor someone who claims to want the right information to do their "job" maybe you should look into the nonexistance "live chat" option u constantly refer costuners to ! Maybe if you actually had the option available you would have gotten the right information I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

Well! first of all, we are not the post office, and secondly we shipped her order out the next day, So Canceling it was impossible.I just left a message with Ms [redacted] at 1- [redacted] and advised her that we will e mail her a pick up labelOnce we get all our merchandise back, we will refund her in full including her original shipping chargeShe can hardly expect us to refund her when we do not have our merchandise backThe tracking number for the pick up label we e-mailed her is as follows: [redacted] ** E-MAILED TO : [redacted] on 3/28/again once our merchandise is returned and inspected we will refund in full, including shipping

helpful to her and daily she badgered me with e mails insisting I refund her for her order, when it was lost due to no fault of oursI reassured her over and over and over, that why it can take sometime to get the order back, it almost always makes its way backFinally on February 21st, we received her order backHer order was a Canadian order and so it came back to us with duty fees that we paid on Ms***s behalf. I am rejecting this response because: I was only provided a partial refund of $instead of the full $55. I am still owed $from the company.As I stated in my original complaint which is undisputed by the company, I placed my order on 2/20, and paid for expedited shipping which the company said would arrive on 2/22. When I checked on my order on 2/22, the company still had not shipped my package and I requested that they cancel it. The company waited days and well after the package had been delivered late to respond and said that because the package had been delivered, they could no longer cancel my order. I made the request of them to cancel well before the day window, and then made several requests to return the items for a refund also before the day window, all of which they rejected until I contacted the Revdex.com. After contacting the Revdex.com to have the company refund the full costs of their charges and the return shipping, the company eventually provided me with a return shipping label a month later. For them to claim that I did not return the items within the day window is false. Had they honored my original request to cancel, we would not be in this situation. Had they provided me the items according to the expedited shipping they had promised and that I'd paid for, we would not be in this situation. They did neither of those things and did not honor the original transaction. Moreover, I have never disputed any description of the items. I never opened the package and sent the items back in their original package. Because the items were delivered late, I had no reason to keep any of them. For the company to claim that I disputed the merchandise description is also false; my complaint has always been that they did not honor the shipping promise they made when I paid them for expedited shipping. I don't mean to be rude, but don't you think that it would have been helpful to give us the name the order was under instead of your name and your e-mail addressI cannot look up anything without the correct information. I am rejecting this response because It is not possible to return the item when it did not ship until the 20th of Nov which is more than the daysI was told Vivkie was the owner of the business and her response says Customer service Manager so clearly this company is not being honest or has any integrityI was told BY Vickie that if I could produce proof the shipment was returned she would refund 1/my money to my card not in the form of a credit which clearly sgiws on their tracking that it was being returned but because they had not received it refused to do any refundShe then said that until it was received they would not refund the moneyI was told I would be refunded then they gave me a gift card which is ridiculousIt took almost months to get to this pointYes I did accidentally enter instead of however it was clearly an errorShe would not respond to my emails which is why I sent several and only after I said I was filing a complaint did she respond to meThen when asked to speak with or be provided with a senior managerOwnerOr corporate contact I did not hear back at all from her or anyone elseThere are so many complaints aboit this company onlineI will not subject any charity or someone I know to this terrible company by donating this gift cardI would like a refund and I am already getting less due to fees which is fineI just want my money back.

BaxterBoo provided a refund for both sub-quality toys I purchased (complaint was against one)Their 'no chewing' statement is still ludicrous for a dog toy merchant, but as always, it's "buyer beware"

Revdex.com..we would be happy to help Mr. *** *** , however we have no order from this customer. The order number he provided *** is an invalid order numberthe first numbers is the order date and by this order number the order would have been 12-20-2016,however he says the
order date was 1/3/2017. We have checked for an order under the name *** *** , under the e-mail address ***and have not found anything.We also looked for a $order on 12/20/and on 1/3/and nothing. Our goal as a company is to have happy Customers, and while this is heartbreaking when we just can't accomplish that in every case. We will more then happy to refund this Customers money.  There was a non refundable $10.00 shipping fee and a International Customs fee of $18.40 which we paid on this Customers behalf and have deducted from her refund. A credit of $87.18 has been refunded back to her original means of payment. The in store credit previously issued has been voided and is no longer valid.
