Gartner acknowledges receipt of
the complaint received by the Revdex.com on February 4, 2015 from

On July
1, 2013, Gartner and [redacted] entered into a one-year,
business-to-business contract for the purchase of Gartner Research &
Advisory Services.  [redacted] subsequently refused to make payment on the grounds that Gartner allegedly
failed to deliver the contracted services, even though [redacted] continued to
make use of those services. While Gartner does not believe
that [redacted]’s complaint had any merit, we have nevertheless resolved it in
the manner desired by [redacted], namely, by writing off and forgiving the
payments owed by [redacted] to Gartner. Accordingly, we trust this
matter has been resolved to [redacted]’s satisfaction.

Review: Gartner approached us to offer services in business development, Gartner's representitive failed to participate on confrence calls and after numerous attempts to engage thier emolyee's they have still not spoken with us or attempted to provide the serices in the engagement.Desired Settlement: Gartner to cancel the agreement and not bill for services they did not perform.
