Very bad packing jobSince I was not there to watch them for hours while they packed it as I was in another state, the movers did a horrible job packingMy couch, bunk bed, ottoman, kitchen table were all damaged/completely brokenMy lawn mower was packed up on it's wheels and all the oil leaked out into the trailor floorI called to let them know, and not one person not even the owner apologized for what happened, I was not even asking for a refund or anythingAll they did was blame it on the truck divers "your things shifted"No, my large sectional was thrown on top of a bunch of little stuff and my bunk beds were used to hold up a bunch of heavier things, thus why they are now brokenI suggest a different company for your moving needs I would give their customer service skills a if I could
They were very responsive to my inquiry and were able to accommodate my request with just a few days noticeThe pricing was very reasonable and the estimate on how long the job would take was much less than other quotes I received from other companiesThey took a little longer than quoted but honestly it was less than I expectedRob and Grayson showed up early and worked steadily to get the job done I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them
