I purchased a new construction home from Gary curry on 3-27-13 with a one year home warranty. About a week after I moved in it had rained and I noticed that water had come under the garage door. I called Gary and he came over and looked at it and call the company that installed the door and they came out and made a adjustment to the door. The next time it rained I had water come in again. I called Gary and he said it put a water hose in the seal of the garage door and try that. I told him I would like it fixed the corrected way. So I called the company the put the door in and the said the could glue rubber down to the ground so the door could seal to it. Gary curry said that he would not pay for that and that all garage doors leak water and that is all he can do. The floor in the house in some place when you walk will pop and crack when you walk on them. Gary has tryed to fix them two times and every time they start doing it again. He has told me that every house does it and there is nothing more he can do that I'm just being to picky. He didn't screw the floor down he nail it so that is why it is making noise. There is a crack over the back door and a couple in the ceiling that need to be fixed. The back door will not close all the way without pushing it. When it is closed all the way it will not dead bolt.
