The customer started the project in using my tools and equipment at no charge. Later he asked me to finish the job stating that he would rather be broke than unhappy. From the start of the project our relationship was strained at best. The customer wanted me to do work or work
around things that were not up to code and would not pass inspection. I do not and will not operate that way. There were also numerous delays because decisions could not be made in order for work to progress I sent a letter of explanation (attached), a bill for work and materials used and a bank certified check, along with their key, sent by certified mail I also notified code enforcement and the Painted Post Police. The permit was left on the table but had expired on 4/10/
