To whom it may concern,Our customer, Ms [redacted] , purchased a used vehicle from Gary Crossley FordShe complained about a scratch on her bumper at the time of purchaseWe agreed to touch up the paint on the bumper as part of the sales processShe agreed to this repair and we initiated a touch up of the damageDuring this process we repaired trim and re-detailed the vehicle as goodwill for Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] was not satisfied with the repair and asked that the bumper be replacedWe explained to Ms [redacted] that a bumper replacement would be an added expense and she balked at paying for this repair At Gary Crossley Ford, we strive to satisfy all the needs of our customersIn most cases, we can and do begin a relationship with our customers that continues for yearsIn the rare instances when we cannot, we are committed to finding fair and equitable ways of overcoming customer concerns In our opinion, Gary Crossley Ford has met our obligation to touch up the vehicle and also fixed additional items as goodwill to Ms [redacted] We consider this matter closed
