I am rejecting this response because:This is not resolved. As I stated in my original complaint, the leaks in my truck are still presentThey were still present when I picked up my truck the last timeAs I stated before, I even pointed out the leakI was assured they were drips from being rinsed off even though the drips were the only moisture under the truck at the timeI did submit two complaints to your company before proceeding furtherSince I did not get a response by phone or letter to my concerns I addressed to your “Contact Us”, I proceeded to file a complaint elsewhere. I did not get a phone call or tell anyone that my leaks have been remedied when they are notWe are still here because you replied without reading the complaintWe are here because your company has not addressed the complaint. I have the same oil leaks in my truck that I was assured was fixed on four different occasions by your company and your employeesPlease read the complaints, they are validYou had my truck several times were I allowed myself to take my truck to you “under warranty” and this is still not resolved. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Hello Mrs*** You present some good pointsWhat is not on your assessment is the reason I took my truck to your shop or the conversations I had with ** and *** I never spoke to you or *** in personI took my truck to your shop knowing I had a year old truckYour company seemed to fit the work I was looking to have doneYour shop assured me that the work could be done to my truckMy concerns were that my truck was leaking oil and was over heating in trafficI was prepared and went into this thinking I was going to have my engine rebuiltI was told that my engine was very clean internally and had either been rebuilt recently or taken very good care ofThe rebuild was not necessary. Your company let me know in order to fix the issues the intake gasket and valve gasket would need to be replacedI approved and I knew if my engine wasn’t going to be rebuilt, I wanted to upgrade to an HEI distributorThe work was done.My truck was still leakingIt was still over heating in traffic and now was back firing very frequently in which it had never backfired previously 2nd visitI was then told they replaced my oil dip stick and that was causing the leakThe wire for the coolant sensor was not repaired*** thought it was loose so he unclipped it and clipped right back onNo new parts, no repairAlso, *** told me that the carburetor he just took off to replace the intake gasket in the previous visit, had the hoses routed incorrectly causing the backfire My truck now had a considerably larger leak and was still overheating in trafficBackfire was gone3rd visitI took it backThen I was told it was my oil pan gasket and rear sealWhen I went to pick it up, there was oil under my truck from my truck that ** went out and verified I still had a larger leak and was still overheating in traffic and now my truck was also leaking coolant at the thermostat housing cover4th Visit I was told my issue would be fixed with a larger fan clutchMy thermostat was tested, replaced and working fineMy thermostat did not need to be replacedMy thermostat housing cover was replaced with the explanation that the chrome covers tend to leakMine did not leak in the two years I had it and not even after I tested and replaced the thermostat Not until after I showed up to pay for my truck I was told the new fan clutch may or may not resolve the issue*** also let me know that he replaced my rear seal by placing the new seal in the orientation he removed the old sealI can understand that logicHe went on to say that *** corrected him on this visit letting him know that the seal was installed backwardsMy truck still leaks oil and still overheats in trafficI am not asking for a refund for the parts that are in my truck (HEI and Fan Clutch) even though the fan clutch was a very misleading expense. I am looking for a refund on the labor I was charged to not remedy the issues you were hired to fix.I am also including a photo of the HHR and the time stamp of the photoI spoke to you once over different phone calls within an hour when it was agreed I would drive your company car for the last visit and that *** would be more involved in the repairI was to be at your shop Monday morning to exchange vehicles and you stated that you were going to have the car ready to goI get there on Monday** pulled the HHR around and walked in the front door pulling his wallet outHe handed me a $and told me it was out of gas I took the photo thinking I didn’t want to find myself in a position where I was aimlessly looking for it in a parking lotBut now, it is to show you I really had to fill the car up in order to get to work I obviously purchased a truck that is years oldIt definitely needed some repairsThat is why I took it to your facilityI do not have any “additional” leaksAND if I did, why didn’t your facility inform me since that was the entire point of my trying to do business with your company? I still do not understand how you can say you have done everything I have asked or how you state you have held up your part of this responsibility? I brought my truck to you for an oil leak and overheating in traffic and my truck still has those same issuesI can do these jobs in my driveway and replace everything aimless until it’s fixedAnd that is how I keep my truck on the roadI took my truck to a shop thinking that a certified mechanic would be able to diagnose these issues correctly and accurately and even though I would have to pay more money, it would be fixed correctlyNow I have paid the money and the issues are not resolvedPhotos show the HHR with time stampLeaking Intake and oil leak on drip pan. Thank you, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:While trying to respond online, I was receiving a Error Message being returnedI called your facility repeatedly until my last visitCalling your office is how I obtained any informationAccording to my phone records (in which I am willing to supply if needed) I was called twice by your officeThe first call was on 5/25/at 11:39AM and the last time was on 6/23/at 5:41PM In lieu of calling I did reach out to your company as stated by using your “Contact Us” optionThe first time I used it, I waited a week to call to follow upEven though I was not contacted during that week, I was assured someone was trying to formulate a resolutionI did not expect a phone call after posting the second communication through your “Contact Us” option, from the previous experience I have taken my truck to you four times to have the same issues resolvedEach time I was told the problem was found, I was told it would be fixed and I currently have the same issuesI am not sure how that is meeting your obligationI basically spent $to find my vehicle still not repaired correctly I am not taking my vehicle back to your facilityCan you honestly tell me you would go back to a business for a 5th time when you were not satisfied during the first four attempts? I trusted your company four times before taking any other actionIf you were in this position you would not be happy and you would want it made “right”
