Horrible communication and living with unfinished product for a yearCabinets were late to arrive and cost me a penalty with my construction lender He won’t answer phone calls or text or emailsIts been a year and I’m missing drawers, hardware and soft close that were all paid for in advanced His installers damaged my hickory floors and he promised to file an insurance claim and reimburse me, that was almost a year ago That’s ok my lawyer is going to the court house after the Holiday and we’ll settle this in court

In February *** *** install cabinets in my home from a kitchen fire that we previously had in January After that date that he instaledl them he advised that he would come back to do the necessary adjustmentsadjust the doors,align the cabinets and finish this workAs of today, August he has yet to come back to my home to finish installing the cabinets properlyThe cabinets are currently coming a loose and have not been touched since the day he advised that he will returnI have several text messages to show what he responded and visor that he was sick and *** but he has yet to returnI have left several messages, I have stopped by his business and sent several text messages, left several messages with no responseI have not received such poor customer service on a businessWe also have one cabinet that does not match and the counter top portion is coming a loose

Customer office was built in our home on 11/18/A few very minor items remain uncompletedSpecifically a sliding shelf and a hole drilled in the top of a desk to install a grommet for access to the electrical outlets In April 2016, MrD*** picked up the shelf stating he would install the material (sliders) in his workshop and return to complete the remaining workFrom April to present, numerous phone calls to both his business and cell phone, e-mails, and certified, return receipt mail have not been answered
