Gary Estes Painting and Power Washing

Review: I hired this painter on April 8th to paint the inside of my 2 story house. I was told by him that it would take 3 weeks to complete. [redacted] will not work a full 8 hour day.He has left my home unlocked on numerous occasions including a whole day that he never showed up at all. As of May 14th he still has 2 rooms to paint along with finishing wood floor in kitchen and second coat on kitchen cabinets and doors along with a few little things. Friday morning on May 15th [redacted] texted me at 7:57 am saying he could not make it due to family emergency and would call later. He never called. I called him when I got off of work and left a message and also texted. Still not call from. Saturday May 16th I called at 8am and mail box full. He then texted me at 8:34 am that he will at my home Monday morning the 18th which is today. Then this morning at 6:48 I get a text again from [redacted] that he will be home this evening and I will see him in the morning. I called and left him a message that this is inexcusable and unprofessional & if I did not hear from in an hour I would be going to [redacted] court house to take legal action. I would apprecaite any help I can get with this matter.Desired Settlement: I want him at my home today and I want him to finish everything and out of my house by Friday May 22nd.
