Review: I hired Affiliated to collect past due rent of $4000 from a tenant in an office building I own in Modesto Ca.Affiliated collected $2000 in September 2014 and $2000 in October 2014.Affiliated sent me $1200 for the first payment nothing from the second. Affiliated has not responded to my request for payment.Their fee was to be 40%.Desired Settlement: Payment in full.
