Review: On June 18,2014, I had an appointment with Dr. Lang. It was discussed before my appointment, that I would need 250.00 dollars on the day of the appointment. I called the office June 18,2014 to explain, that I can make my appointment, but did not have the 250.00 today, but would have it next week. The Drs. office informed me that I needed to bring the money that day. The office then told me they would have charge me 50.00 for cancelling the appointment, when in fact I did not.Desired Settlement: To refund the 50.00 that us unfairly charging me.
