Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I am not understanding why they are saying an excuse for being sick My son had the flu which was documented at urgent care on 12/ The Drthought he would be better by TH so we let James attend camp on TH He had a relapse so I am super annoyed with the accusation that James was not sick! That is ridiculousAs far as the no refund policy being posted - NO I do not use social media so I did not see the postings The camp website has now been changed since requesting my money backIt was not bolded in red until I requested money back No this is not an accusation but a fact My son and husband both are informing me that they were not told about a no refund policyI did not sign anything so I am sure what the issue is at this pointThis is a business and if paperwork was not signed in agreement then money should be refunded We are not able to get our son back to camp as he is not able to take time off from school He was able to attend over Christmas because it was during winter break Please advise!G [redacted] *** Regards, G [redacted] ***

*** Leffew's Bull Riding School have been posting since OCTOBER that we don't allow refunds, The lady that was emailing me said that she doesn't use social mediaWhen I told her that EVERY website that shows dates we have the policy in big letters on the top of each page before we show the
dates to let them knowEven after talking to her husband on the phone I let him know, we normally don't take students who aren't paying the full days we don't except them (especially since the school started already)He said his son was feeling better and I told him we can allow him to start late with the others but things (we don't take checks, and no refunds)after the student was there for a day the father called later saying he was picking his son up and then he texted me saying the was for sure going to get himhe used the excuse he was sick*** told the father when he came to pick up his son,if he was sure he wanted to leave and the father said yes his son started feeling sick again*** said the school normally only allows make up days only to kids that get hurt but he would make an exception and let his kid make up those days whenever he wanted to on the ranchthe money he paid already paid the bulls for him for the bullsI told the lady we have the best policy for any bull riding school she refused to take the day school for her sonI told her when ever he wants come to just show up and we would take of him *** hasn't had a problem with this policy since we been doing these schools

That is ridiculous. As far as the no refund policy being posted - NO I do not use social media so I did not see the postings.  The camp website has now been changed since requesting my money back. I am rejecting this response because: I am very disappointed that this person is accusing us of lying and personally attacking us!  My son had a relapse of the flu. At this point I don’t care if they believe us or not.  My son is riding bulls in our area so not sure what that accusation is all about? That is great to check face book but that has nothing to do with us since we don’t use it.  As I stated earlier, the website has changed since we requested a refund. If I would have known how unprofessional this all was then we would not have even trusted our son in your care.Regards,

[redacted] was doing this couple a favor and letting their son sign up late, instead of mean and turning their son away we aloud them to come join a great school. If I knew they would of backed out like this I would of denied their child to this school. Since we talked over the phone we had a verble agreement and we have it all over the websites. there's no way the wife or husband could miss that information on the website. we had this website since April 2017. the son has 2 make up days, HE CAN USE THOSE 2 DAYS WHEN EVER HE WOULD LIKE TO USE THEM. SPRING BREAK, SUMMER, WINTER BREAK it doesn't matter. The father said the son was SICK then was feeling better and even waited to make sure the son was feeling better since it was a little of a drive for them. I'm not sure if the son got scared and decided, it's too much to be a bull rider. Since the only reason the son left was because he was feeling good again, then it shouldn't be a issue for him to use his 2 days. This has always been our policy and we never had this problem before, [redacted] and I always make sure we are on the same page with allowing kids  to sign up late. we try not to turn kids away when they have to sign up late but it's pretty sad we will have to tell people we can't except their child late into the program because we had other parents ruin it for future riders. to the case worker that is working on this you can look at the facebook, or the main website we have the policy www.[redacted]leffewsbullridingworld.com  http://www.[redacted]leffews...⇄ call ###-###-####
