I presented a printed coupon for purchase of "Ice Mountain" water and clearly states that it is valid in any grocery store that carries this product I spoke with the manager Kareem and he did not even look at the coupon instead he was extremely rude and was yelling stating that he did not want me to waste his time I just wanted the Revdex.com to know that customer service is not a priority at this location and the grocery store is falsely advertising This manager definitely needs to be removed due to his level of professionalism and disgraceful approach to resolving this manner with respect towards the customer
