three attempts were made by the dry cleaner to correct the problem I was offered $the cost of cleaning the sports coatThe compensation offered is inadequateThe coat was damaged when pressed and can no longer be worn *** at the store said that she would turn the problem over to the ownerThe sports coat is in the store, waiting for the owner to look at itI call two to three times a week, MrM.the owner will not come to the phone or return my callsI live here full time and have been a customer for almost years My loss is more than $The jacket can no longer be worn I will accept store credit for $as compensation for the bad work

I went to pick up my dry cleaning and notice two of my SKIRTS were damaged.I address the issue to the person working there she told me she had to send the Skirts to main store a d gave me the managers name Ashley and that she would be calling me in about a weekSo too weeks passed no one called me I then called the store again at XXX-XXX-XXXX.The person that answer gave me Ashley number which was XXX-XXX-XXXX And told me I had to speak w her.I then called and spoke w her and she told me the owner had not been to the store I had yo wait another week.So almost two weeks pass and I had to call Ashley again that's when she tells me that the only thing she can do is refund me the dry cleaning amount which is $per skirtI told her that was ridiculous because
Very positive experience with the owner's of Rok's and all the Mechanics involved with repairs to my dieselI own an older and with the age of my truck comes repairs The dealership that has serviced my truck in the past doesn't even come close to the job Rok's can do to, he makes it right he "makes it good" I've had bad parts, but any issues experienced boil down to parts Rok's Diesel,,,,Great Job

We found Roks Diesel in Wasilla, Alaska several years ago when it was recommended by a friendSince then they have provided us with excellent diesel serviceThis is a family-owned business that is top-notchLoren has an excellent knowledge of these diesel trucks and is an excellent Mechanic/TechnicianTana (his better half) provides the professional customer service, scheduling and coordination, missing in many businesses todayEven though there are diesel repair shops much closer to our home, I would not take our truck anywhere elseHighly Recmmend!
