As per our conversationOn photos A will show you the original concrete deck he had and his drains only went to the end of the existing concrete spilling out just to the dirtOn our contract we had no drains mentioned because we figured since his drains went no where anyways that we could just tapper the new pavers to the end of the deckingAs we started to lay out the pavers I decided to install drains for him with underground 3" pipe AT NO CHARGE which is photos B and take them out to the end of the decking as he had beforeMr [redacted] said thats ok just take the pipe to the planter area which we didAfter the one rain we had Mr [redacted] called me and he asked what can be done to take the extra water and we said at the end of the Pipe we could install a large french drain in the ground filled with gravel to accommodate the over flow water and it will percolate into the ground, but that we would have to charge himMr [redacted] was not happy with that so we did not meetAs for the tile coming off this is the first time I have heard about it.See photo's to follow.Sincerely yours, [redacted] , Owener
