able to do. He said that at that point she decided to hire another roofer, and he told her he would just give a refund. He stated that he mailed the check for $175 this week.

Mr. M[redacted] contacted me on 10/13/15 and stated he would refund the $175. On 10/20/15 I contacted Mr. M[redacted] and informed him I had not yet received the refund. He informed me he put it in the mail on 10/16/15 and I should get it soon. As of 10/22/15 I have yet to received the refund from Mr. M[redacted]. Once I have received the refund I will consider the matter as closed and accept the resolution. Thank you.
