Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: no repaired part was installedA bogus receipt was generated and given to me as proof of the part being ordered but I have on writing that this part was not mine, the TV never had a refurbished or repaired part installed and there was no further issues with any other partHe didn't use my money to buy, repair, or even attempt to fix my TVI have the proof in writing from the repair man and do not accept this answerNo service was provide beyond the dollar inspectionI want my dollars back since at no time was this part fixed, repaired, or sent anywhere for service I have proof in writing for all of these statements as well as proof from a Panasonic authorized repair companyHe took my money and did nothing to attempt fixing my TVI seek only the money for the fictitious part that he failed to repair Regards, [redacted] ***

This is ** with Jim Myers TV PC repair, *** *** called me she had a 50" Panasonic Plasma TV (model) she wanted me to fix, I told her it would be a $Diagnostic fee if she had TV fixed I'll apply it to final bill, I would open it up get a total on how much it would cost to fix her TV plus
parts and let her know before I do anything and if I needed to order part she would have to bring me the money for the part I'll deposite the money and order itPanasonic TV's when somthing is wrong with them the front of the TV the indicator light blinks,(an error code) it blinked time and I looked it up and diagnose the TV that the Y sus board was defective, I located one on the Internet from my suppliers told her to bring me the money so I can deposit it and order the part I have texted her and when she brought me the money I deposited it into my account came to my shop looked on the internet the part was no longer available so I decided to look for it again and the only part that I found mind you this is the TV and the only part I located was over $and I knew she was not going to pay $for the part so I found a repair service for the same amount that that I told her the first place and I had to pay the shipping to get it to them they repaired it send it back to me installed the part and I got a error code the blinking light which indicated there was another problem and when I diagnosed it again having it repaired it showed the main board was out (blink error code) and I texted her and let her know what was going on and I would include pictures of the text messages back and forth to her and I will send a copy of the repair order as well, the repair order was signed and initialed by her, and also indicates the terms may be changed at any time without notification, I have over TV part suppliers I have to look for her tv part, I only found 1,she didn't bring me the money in time it was sold, it was late at night when I found a repair service, I placed the order packed it up and the next day I paid to ship it, 3days for shipping to, maybe days for repair and days return, PLASMA TV's can have up to parts sometimes more than part can go out, the error codes don't show every error code at once, I wished it did, if you like to call me for a better explanation my number is *** Thank you for you time *** ***

I Shipped the part to be repaired I have enclosed copies of repair service and if you go to *** and put *** in the search area you can see they match I had to send it off to be repaired cost me about $23,She brought the TV to me stating the error code Blinks, if the board wasn't fixed why is the TV showing Error code with Blinks? indicating Bad Mainboard, I would like to see the report from the Official Panasonic Repair shop and phone number, if she did take it to the authorized Panasonic repair shop, Did she get it repaired and what was the diagnosis of repair?Thank you.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Ma'am, ** never installed or removed the part he said was brokenHe didn't have my authorization to put in any refurbished or used partsThe part in question is still not working and I am waiting on the part from PanasonicIn his own words, the part still hadn't arrived and yet the part was firmly and undisturbed inside my television and inoperable. He says the part was sent out on the 17th of October, It arrived a on the 24th of October, We have the confirmation and tracking numbers attached.On the 31st of October 2016, Al asked for more money because another part was badHis quote to finish fixing the TV was more than buying a new televisionI immediately demanded my television be returnedHis response was the part hadn't arrived yet and he had made a mistakeHe wanted more money for parts that were bad and yet the tv wasn't complete and missing the primary board to work Attached you will see the text messages from the owner, the printout he gave me as a receipt for the part being sent out, a message that says the part hadn't arrived and the pickup of my tv He purchased or had a part refurbished without my consent When I picked up my television I drove it to Waco to an authorized dealer and dropped it offThe technician noted that the part had not been removed or any attempts to repair the board as having been attemptedThey ordered the same part that Al said was bad as it is still the issue with the television.Panasonic has a backorder on this part and I am still waiting for *** in Waco to finish fixing my tv*** is an authorized Panasonic repair company in Texasthis can still be confirmed as I drove there personally yesterday.

I am rejecting this response because: no repaired part was installed. He didn't use my money to buy, repair, or even attempt to fix my TV. I have the proof in writing from the repair man and do not accept this answer. No service was provide beyond the 65 dollar inspection. I want my 125 dollars back since at no time was this part fixed, repaired, or sent anywhere for service.  I have proof in writing for all of these statements as well as proof from a Panasonic authorized repair company. He took my money and did nothing to attempt fixing my TV. I seek only the money for the fictitious part that he failed to repair.
