I have an heirloom bedroom set by *** *** of *** *** *** that was damaged at the *** facility in Sarasota, Fl on 10/19/A statement of claim form was filed at that time
I have a contract with *** that reads as follows "Full Value Protection"Full value protection means that if any of your goods are lost, destroyed or damaged while in our custody, then at our option and up to the maximum amount of our liability, we will 1) repair the goods to the extent necessary to restore them to same condition as when they were received by us or pay you for the cost of such repairs; or 2) replace the goods with goods of the like kind and quality, or pay you for the cost of such replacement"
