Called Palm Bay ford to verify online price and vehicle availability, spoke with sales manager, Matthew, who told me truck was there, and available,
Sales manager appointed me with a salesman, mr C, who rode with me and showed vehicle. When came time to purchase, tried to overcharge me for the vehicle, I asked about the online price, salesman, said the dealership would not honor the price, promoted online. When asked why, I was told by salemamager that two other customers have offered 1000 dollars over the vehicles Msrp.

We are very sorry for the confusion. Apparently there where a couple of people looking at the same truck at the same time. We told Mr *** that we would honor the advertised price but he was able to find one less expensive in Ohio and has decided to buy there instead. Please let me know if I can do anything further. Thank you.
I had a recall on my Lincoln mk z..it was a safety issue, so they made an appointment for the 21st, two weeks ago....I dropped my car at the service department at 8:30 am and was told my car will be ready in 4 hrs..so they drove me home and waited..and waited..and waited..it is now 7:30pm and I haven't even had a courtesy call from anyone at pbf...this would not normally bother me except I'm disabled..and need my car for Drs and other things that need to be taken care of...I find this to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate..it's not as if they can't see the disabled license plate...I was considering a trade in for a new Lincoln but I will take my business somewhere else...very disappointed.
