Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have spoken with MsZ*** (or R*** she apparently goes by names) and she was stunned that I had even complained, since she thought my Aunt had no family, to which I assured her my Aunt did indeed have family She stated that the jewelry she purchased was "costume" jewelry and when I asked that our family heirlooms be returned, she advised that it had already been melted down (you don't melt down costume jewelry) According to my Aunt, *** (the name she used with my Aunt) was overbearing and pushy, and kept pushing her for more items to buy Per Elder Fraud guidelines, this behaviour is ElderFraud and Abuse My Aunt states that this woman took "hundreds" of items from her home and thoroughly searched the home while my Aunt was incapacitate (she can barely walk) She contacted this woman to purchase flatware (and I have pictures of the COMPLETE set that she purchased) and that was all The dollar figures given via her communication is inconsistent with the amount paid to my Aunt as well We have no idea what all this woman took, however, it is very obvious that she took advantage of an incapacitated year old woman and this is NOT an acceptable response We want our family heirlooms including the pearl necklaces (again NOT costume jewelry) returned to our family and restitution for the irreplaceable gold jewelry (from Ireland) that she melted down for the value of the gold
I firmly believe that these people are fraudsters and any review should accurately reflect that fact.

Review: These people advertise in the local pennysaver that they purchase estate jewelry, knick knacks, etc. Marion Z[redacted] went to my elderly incapaciated Aunts home in Coram NY to purchase some silver flatware. The woman searched the entire house, took various items, with no listing of the property that she took, including very valuable heirloom jewelry, and paid 2000.00 for what she filled her car with. This can be termed as elder fraud as my aunt is very old, easily bullied and was terribly upset after the entire experience. These people are fraudsters and take advantage of the elderly.Desired Settlement: Return our family heirlooms to our family. Give us an itemized statement of the property you removed from my aunts home WITH an accurate value.
