To Whom it May Concern:The two previous brake repairs to Ms*** vehicle were completely unrelated to therear brake repairs on 10/10/We replaced the rear calipers, pads and rotors on 10/10/14and allowed her to make payment on the workShe never made a payment in six months. She never called or made an effort to contact usOnly after I started calling her about herpast due account, did she make an attempt to contact usShe left me a message which wastotally inaudibleI couldn't make out anything she saidI called several times after that andI've yet to hear from herOn she took her vehicle into *** *** becauseher Left-Front brake stuck and got hotApparently the caliper failedThe rest of the brakes onthe rear of the vehicle were okThey were only months old*** *** chose toreplace everything on the rearAll the parts we install carry a minimum of year warrantyIfshe would have bought her vehicle back to us or even called us, we could have repaired itunder the manufacturer's warrantyI presume she didn't because she never made a paymentin the previous monthsYou will notice there are there are (2) other repairs on R0#74953besides the brake repairsShe hasn't made any attempt to pay any of itThis is the reason Iturned her account over to a collection agency. In order for me to honor any warranty on these brake repair, I would need the defective partsto submit a claim to the supplierI wasn't made aware of any problem or given theopportunity to correct her brake Issue
Sincerely,
Gary R***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:MrR*** continues to fail to take responsibility for his shoddy repairsI did not return my vehicle to his shop not because of any account balance but rather his shop failed to fix the car and I repeatedly had to take my car inFirst the front brakes then the rear, repeatI did not trust Gary's to make appropriate repairsFurther, although the parts were under warranty, I would have been charged for additional laborMrR*** requested proof of the repairsNow that he has said proof he still continues to fail to acknowledge his shop's poor repairsInstead he now claims he needs to see the defective parts repaired by a very reputable shop several months later My position is that Gary's made poor repairs that had to be fixed by another shopWith additional excuses by MrR*** it is clear he will not take responsibility for his shop's repairs, or lack thereof no matter how much proof of new repairs are provided

Please consider this my reb***al to the response provided by Gary's Olympia Auto Service in the abovereferencedRevdex.com case ID #***Further, enclosed is documentation of the repairs I was required topay for to correct what Gary's Olympia Auto Service claimed to have repaired.Gary's Olympia Auto Service conducted repairs on my brakes on at least three separate occasions fromSeptember 2013, through November Despite these "repairs", on April 27, 2015, I had to take myvehicle into *** *** for additional brake repairs on what Gary's Olympia Auto Serviceallegedly fixed on October 10, 2014, less than six (6) months prior.Gary's indicated all of the repairs they performed were either repaired correctly or repaired outside ofthe warranty dateThe warranty date owner Gary R*** is speaking about was one month past a year'sdate for parts, on one particular occasionOn that particular occasion, Ty (head technician at Gary'sOlympia Auto Service) indicated he was able to get the manufacturer to warrant the parts; however,Gary's Olympia Auto Service charged me labor for something they recently "repaired"In fact, myvehicle had to go into Gary's Olympia Auto Service on at least three consecutive occasions to have mybrakes "repaired"The following are the dates and service allegedly performed by Gary's Olympia AutoService as admitted to by Gary R***:• September 10, 2013o Replacement of front brake rotors (RO #72518}• Although it was noted the parking brake did not work and needed rear calipersto fix, Ty indicated the back brakes did not yet need to be replaced and couldwait, provided I did not utilize the parking brake (which I did not use asinstructed)He indicated once the back brakes were ready to be repaired wecould then do the parking brake.• October 2014o Replacement of rear brake rotorspads, and calipers (which allegedly repaired theparking brake (RO #74953)• November 4, 2014o Front rotor blue from overheating because caliper hanging up holding the brake ono Replaced front calipers, pads, and rotors
The following are the repairs made by *** *** on April 2015, to correct what Gary'sallegedly "fixed":Reason for service call: Put parking brake on then took it off, smelt brakes, left rear was red hot.Repairs needed to correct the problem:• Remove and replace rear brake calloers, brake rotorsand brake padsAs you can see above, *** *** had to make repairs to something Gary's Olympia AutoService allegedly repaired just six (6) months priorWhile Gary's Olympia Auto Service claims they standbehind their work that was not my experienceI did not intend to bring my vehicle back just to becharged once again for more labor for their shoddy repairsIn fact, I had to pay *** ***$to correct brake repairs allegedly performed by Gary's Olympia Auto ServiceThere is no validreason why my brakes would continue to need repair every year unless Gary's Olympia Auto Service wasnot repairing the brakes correctly(Further, as you can see from above, a similar situation occurredwhere Gary's Olympia Auto Service allegedly "repaired" the front brakes in September 2013, yet theyhad to perform the same repairs in November 2014.) In addition, by failing to make proper repairs onmy brakes, I was put in potential danger of having the breaks malfunction while driving (which in factthey began to do causing me to take my vehicle to *** ***).In Gary R***'s response to the Revdex.com, he referenced a prior bankruptcy I had to file, indicating this was a "pattern" of mineThe bankruptcy I had to file was because of an overwhelmingamount of medical billsI was legally required to list all creditors at the time of my bankruptcy, and thisincluded Gary's Olympia Auto ServiceFurther, Gary's Olympia Auto Service failed to indicate all of thetimes I did pay for their repair work time and again.I am requesting the Revdex.com take whatever the next steps are in this case, or advise me of my options sothat Gary's Olympia Auto Service does not perform shoddy repairs on other unsuspecting customerswithout the customer having the ability to learn the truth about the service they can expect from Gary'sOlympia Auto Service. If you need further information, please feel free to contact me at *** ***I do not receive cellphone service in my office building, nor am I able to take personal calls at work so if you are not able toreach me, please leave me a voice mail with hours in which I can reach youYou may also contact me atmy mailing address of PO Box ***, Olympia, WA Because I no longer live ne.ar the post office, Icheck the box approximately once a week.Sincerely,
*** ***
