My husband and I have been customers of Gary's Automotive for several years now and we couldn't ask for a more skilled auto repair serviceman than we have had with [redacted] We have had many mechanics through the years, and by far we are so thankful for the amazing quality and service of Shannon. We moved back to Elizabethton a few years ago and asked our friends who is the best and they said they would use no one except Gary's Automotive Repair. So we've been using them since and we've been so impressed that we have recommended [redacted] to many of our friends and family - including my mother - and now they are faithful customers of [redacted] and wouldn't go anywhere else either. When we first met [redacted] my husband took our car in and we got it back that very day and he recommended what work was a top priority and what could wait to be repaired later, since we were on a limited income. On top of that [redacted] saw our Vietnam Veteran License plate and gave us a discount since my husband was a veteran. Through the years [redacted] and his mom have become almost like family in how kind and helpful they are to us. As a matter of fact, [redacted] will recommend only what needs to be done and tell us what needs to be done now and what may need to be done in the near future or he'll advise us to wait if there is more life in a particular part. Also, he will go out of his way to search for a used part as an option if he thinks that will save money and do the same job as a new one. And discuss it with my husband before proceeding with any work. He always puts the customer first in all he does. We have had the best experience and quality work from [redacted] more than anyone we have ever dealt with. And we've been using mechanics for over 50 years. [redacted] and all that work there are so very honest, trustworthy, highly skilled, helpful, kind, and just amazing great people. I consider them my friends and would trust them with anything. I appreciate finding someone so dependable and skilled that we can trust in this day and age.
