Gary's automotive solutions installed a ball joint on my car with a life time warranty. A bushing on that ball joint is now dry rotted and causing a clunking sound. Gary took the car for s ride and claimed that their was not any noise. He then put the car up on his lift and with his light looked past the dry rotted bushing and said it must be something else. The main FACT here is that the Bushing is CLEARLY dry rotted and therefore proving the balljoint is NOW defective
