Great service, great communication! Promptly came out to deliver an estimate to replace the shingles on our house and garage and presented it in a professional, friendly manner. Because the shingles on our garage were in dire need of replacement and the roof was leaking, Derek offered to come by between jobs and get the shingles replaced ASAP which was really considerate. He gave an approximate date for completion (weather permitting) and stuck to it. His workers were courteous and cleaned up the work site well. There were a couple of small concerns and add-ons after the job was complete and Derek addressed them right away. We will recommend to family and friends.

I had my roof done by Bjornson..and he came across as being very pleasant however, the workmanship was definitely not up to standard. They cut the original sewer roof vents to replace with plastic stacks and in the process plugged one up with roofing debris. I called the owner (Derik) and he said he wasn't a plumber and was very rude about it..did not offer to try and resolve the problem which I am still having problems with. The shingles are cut too short around the edges and looks dreadful. Would I recommend him to anyone else..never.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I never heard profanity when the staff were working. They were efficient and kind to myself and my two young children who were running around. Derek gave me a fair quote and explained to me the purpose of each cost and item. I had one concern upon completion of my roof and it was resolved very quickly. Thank you.

Derek and his team did a fantastic job on our roof. The professionalism, work ethic, and quality of workmanship was incredible. They were very timely in providing a fair quote and then following up to book a time to complete the job without compromise to the agreed date. His team was friendly and respectful and worked extremely hard replacing our shingles in a timely manner. They did a meticulous job of cleaning up after themselves leaving the area clean of debris. An amazing experience from the beginning to the end and would highly recommend Bjornson Roofing to anyone.
