Gary's Gates

Gary installed two RV gates for us. Both were built and installed exactly as promised. Gary"s customer service is outstanding as is his product. Extremely happy. Will definitely refer others to him.

I ([redacted]) read in Nextdoor in the Encanto area about Gary's Gates LLC. Gary quoted $250 by phone for 4 wrought Iron panels 19"high, 40' X12'; we made an appt; Gary came today, March 22, 2016; he told my husband he needed money to buy supplies; my husband handed $50 cash; Gary said; this won't buy nothing; Gary gave my husband paperwork w/$850. My husband said; you quoted $250 this is too much; my husband asked for the $50. Gary got very angry, said; you wasted my time; I knew I shouldn't have come back to this place; he left in a huff & sped away. Gary did not specify in the initial call the $250 was a down payment only. Gary's actions are bad business & $850.00 is extremely high; our 1st estimate was $600 w/House of Iron. I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

My house has been broken into twice so I decided I better put in a security door over my sliding glass door and a security screen over my window. [redacted] came out and saw that I wanted to match the scrolling in another iron and glass door. He made a custom door to complement my other door it looks beautiful. He had good pricing and great communication thru the whole process I plan on having him do more work for us and our company in the future. I would highly recommend [redacted] to anyone.
