I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We are responding to message from business.  Company has not come out  3 times to fix roller marks etc.  They came to look at it a time or two but only came out one time to fix roller marks etc.  The driveway looks worse now than it did initially.  All  of the embedded mud marks are still there after their power washing.  There are also holes and craters, uneven patches, tire marks etc that are still there. We are very concerned about it  I sent Mark 2 additional texts last Friday.  Both show on my phone as delivered but he did not respond to either. So it was Mark that stopped responding and not me.  We tried to get this settled with him.  They have told us many things that did not come to be so a free sealcoat for the future means nothing to us.  We need more than 2 grand so we can get someone to fix or redo their job.  We feel that we should get at least ½ (really all of it) of our money back as it was a terrible job and looks horrible and we need to get someone to fix it.  We have dealt with many contractors etc and have never had any issues like we have with this company. Black Dawg has not addressed the concerns of the initial contract for the driveway which included a 2 inch overlay, roll and compact and edges sealed with hot tar.  The edges have not been sealed with hot tar.  At no time did we indicate that we would have an expert look at the issues with the driveway.  On July 2nd Black Dawg indicated he had an expert that would look at the driveway.  After 7 days and no contact from Black Dawg I called them and left a message regarding the expert review.  And as of today, still no contact from Black Dawg.
We are available by phone 7 days a week and can make arrangements to meet Black Dawg at our home at anytime.  Please contact us at the number listed on the initial contract.

Very unprofessional that this company continues to put the burden of having to see what other companies would say on me…. when they are supposed to be the experts. At absolutely no time did they give any names of any companies to call. (Let only FIVE?) They actually said they would have some one look at it.  All I asked for is a good finished product that I contracted and paid for. All they have done is stalled; I contacted the Revdex.com on July 11th prior to the 12 mo. Warranty period. Now it’s going to be the end of (OCTOBER) THEY HAVE STILL DONE NOTHING, unprofessional and unacceptable. I have meet Mark one time for about 10 min. he stated let’s try this and then see what we can do if it doesn’t work, I have talked with Mr. B[redacted] on the phone maybe 4 times over 15 month  period…. Once because he stood me up on our first appoint (that is not an unreasonable number of times to contact any business about anything let alone poor workmanship and an unfinished job). To say he will not speak with me on the phone or in person is unreasonable and unprofessional. I believe this shows the actual lack of business responsibility which the Revdex.com stands for. To say that they will cold patch my driveway and finish the job at the end of the season is unreasonable. (Who would agree with that?)It should be his first concern. Mr. B[redacted] stated to me and as much to you that he’s not putting in a new drive way, when he knows that the job I contracted for in order to get it right without a seem and patching will needed to be done. I have been more then reasonable with my time and patient’s. After all I’m the consumer that paid the bill 15 months ago and looking for a good finished product that is not patched and pieced together. It is not a perfectly good drive. They have already tried and patch it 3 times.

Mark will send a check to the customer for half-off by Wednesday, 8/31.

Did a paving job for him last year, had two holes the size of a quarter by the garage, offered to fix and fill the holes, it is a common problem with asphalt and will shrink, went out to the home twice to fix the issue and filled the holes with rubber and the business has no idea how to make this...

customer happy at this point, business even offered that he call other paving companies for their opinions and business does not want to fix the issue with a patch because he does not think the customer will happy. Business can and will repair the area that has the problem, does not plan on replacing the entire driveway.
