Review: On May 6, 2015 I signed a contract with Gary's Roofing, Siding & Windows to have my current gutter guards removed, install new gutter guards and to put a new roof on my shed. The cost agreed upon was $1,600 for the removal and instillation of the gutter guards and $750 for the shed roof totaling $2,350. I gave Garry L[redacted], the owner/salesman, a deposit check of $800 with the balance to be paid upon completion of the job, which he told me would be done in a few weeks. The work was not done nor did he call with an explanation. I called him every week to get the status but he never answered his phone so I left messages on his voice mail.

On June 4, 2015 Mr. L[redacted] finally called me back and said that he would do the work the following week (June 8-12). After not receiving a call by Tuesday, June 9, I called him and left a message on his to call me back. He never did. I called him once or twice a week, every week, but he didn't return the calls until August 3. He said that he had some medical issues and was unable to work for a while, but could now work and he would do the job in two weeks. After not hearing from him, I left several messages to refund my $800 down payment. As of today, September 10, 2015 he has not called me back or sent a refund.Desired Settlement: Please have Gary's Roofing, Siding & Windows refund my deposit of $800.00.

Review: Gary finished a roofing job for us on November 5 2014. Upon paying him in full the other half of 14,000 he promised to fix the damaged gutter system. So in confidence, he was paid. He had his men come and attempt to, but they told us that they are beyond repair and need to be replaced, and they'd let Gary know the situation. They did. He said he would come on a day when its not too cold, and that they were busy. Throughout the winter of course they couldnt come, in the Spring we called numerous times and he kept promising. Months passed and he did nothing. He then never answered the phone calls, and never called back. From May until August we've been calling everyday and leaving messages, no response. We sent three postcards, after which he replied to a phone call to tell us he broke his ankle and needed two weeks and he'd come and fix it himself, It's now been 7 weeks and he hasn't shown up, returned our calls or responded at all. 'The gutter system is new and we just spent 7,000 to have them installed. They are very damaged due to Gary's roofers.Desired Settlement: Repair if not by Gary by the company whom installed the gutter system, bill paid by Gary's roofers.

Review: I contracted [redacted], owner of [redacted]'s Roofing, Siding & Windows of [redacted] to side my home and put on a new roof in 2013. After the work was completed by sub-contractors, we did a "walk around" and I pointed out several issues that needed to be repaired on the roof and the siding. They are as follows, but are not limited to these: The workers did not nail down roof shingles over my kitchen and the workers that did the siding tore 12 of my window screens, but at the time of the walk around, I noticed only one at ground level. [redacted] fixed the roof and agreed to repair the torn screen. He picked up the screen, repaired it and returned it in a timely manner. After a closer inspection several weeks later I noticed 12 more torn screens. I immediately notified [redacted], and he agreed to repair them. He picked up the screens in the winter of 2014. At the same time, I advised him that the siding trim on my rear kitchen window had warped and was peeling away from the house. He said that he would have the workers come back and repair the damage. They never showed up. During a severe rain storm in March, the siding trim broke off completely. I kept calling [redacted] asking for my window screens and when he was going to repair the window trim. He finally returned my screens in May of 2014 but did not fix the trim. I was not at home when he returned the screens, but immediately I noticed that they were not a quality repair. When I installed the screens, 9 were mine and three were not. I immediately called [redacted] and left him a message regarding the error. He never returned my call. Beginning July 1 through July 12, 2014 I called [redacted] every day and left him a message on his cell phone. Finally on Friday July 13, 2014, [redacted]'s wife called and left a message on my home phone that "they were on a cruise and [redacted] either lost his phone or it was stolen." She said [redacted] would come to my home the week of July 21st to do the necessary repairs. He never showed up or called. I called [redacted]'s wife on Friday, July 25th and advised her that I would be making a complaint to the Revdex.com if he did not call me or show up by Monday July 28th. To date, [redacted] has not called me or repaired the damage.Desired Settlement: I would like to have [redacted] repair the damaged window trim and return my missing three window screens.

Review: Hired Garys Roofing , Siding & Windows on 10/9/2013 to install doors, shutters and trim windows of my home for the price of $1900. He asked for a deposite of $650.00 to start the job with final payment on completion. (Have A written Contract With his signature and description of work to be performed). He took my check and said he would start the job June 1st 2014. He never started the job. Called numerous times to find out when he will start, did not return any of my calls. Would like for him to do the job or return my deposite of $650.00. Its been 1 year since the signing of the contract......
