This message is in response to the consumer's message today, March 11, 2016. The clarification request in the consumer's message is correct As indicated in the firm's responses from last fall (October and prior to that), if our firm receives payment in the amount of $178.50, this matter will be resolved. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did receive a letter and a reassessment of the fees I was charged the day after I submitted this complaint.  
In Mr. [redacted]'s letter he refers to a March 27 email, I have attached the only email I received on 3-25.  Every point I made in my complaint is the absolute truth.  I made it abundantly clear to Ms. [redacted] that all I wanted was assistance on the 3 issues I had originally came to the firm to discuss.  I had no idea what the name of the form was they were talking about nor did I even know what year my husband's car was.  My husband used to tell me I was too skeptical that I should trust people more.  Now I don't know who to trust.  I will pay the $178.50 just to get on with my life and resolve the original issues that are still pending.
