I have already paid way to much for there job that they didnt do right I would pay them another penny here I bought new tires and used tires they put my used tires that I had in front put them in the and charged me for them my own tires I had to pay for or they wouldnt let me have my car back

On May 20, Mrs*** came to purchase a set of OE wheels and tiresWe could not find the original caps for the wheels, she agreed to take them as is and come back for capsShe called 3-times and told the girls in the office that she
preferred caps without a logoCaps were ordered and when Mrs*** came on 5/not only was she being rude and difficult but kept accusing us of leaving her tire air pressure on "0" which is impossibleShe makes the environment hostile, she yells and screams, she has also called the police departmentI told her to come back when she was more calm and to please let my employees try to install the caps and for her to wait inside the office(which she has refused) I gave her days to come back and I would refund her the $she also refused
I don't have her old tires she asked my employees to dismount the tires from her wheels (which we did at no charge) That was her purpose to buy the stocks because 22" tires were too expensive and they were already bad
I've tried to work with *** but she has made it impossible to come to an agreementShe has been using my tires and wheels for almost a monthI cannot refund her at this pointShe does not want to follow the shop rules to wait in the office while we work on her vehicleShe brought it to our attention she has difficulties walking so she's become a liability to our shop since she wont comply with the rulesI have a sign that says I have the right to refuse service to anyoneI wish not to deal with her any longer

NoThe business, Garza Tire & Wheel, response is not satisfactory as it sounds like the are not providing me with the GMC Envoy CAPS I purchased
It's a shame that they continue lying about my visits that got so bad with their bullying, that I had to ask for police standbyOn the prior visit, I had asked Mrs *** why they felt they (Mr ***, Mrs *** and their daughter) had to bully me, telling me I was not owed caps, I had not paid $400, but $300, that they did not take back tires once driven, that they had not charged me tax, that they could easily add a lot more charges, if they wantedI told Mrs *** that was extremely stressful for meShe was only nice when she attempted to switch my receipt with a bogus oneI told her all that had made me tired & I had to go homeThe police standby on my last visit was for my protection
The first day I was there, I refused to purchase 22" tires that were a different sizeI told Mr *** I did not know much about tires, but I preferred they were the same sizeHe said I should switch to 17" tires and he had same manufacturer tires and size and wheels and caps, though the wheels were not a Chevy brand, but a GMC Envoy ones that would go with my TrailblazerI saw the wheels and told them they don't look as nice as my wheelsHe said he would show me a sample of the caps on the wheels as I was getting so I could have an idea of what the wheels would look likeHe said this are the exact same caps, but the wrong size caps for your wheels, but assure me the caps were in the shop somewhere safeHis wife knew where my caps were and would be found at time of install(I have a picture of those caps that I took with my iPhone)
I don't believe my request is out of line when I ask that I be given the merchandise I paid for; the correct fitting GMC Envoy caps for the 17" wheels they sold me

As stated in the copies of the receipts she provided, used tires have "no warranty" and are sold as isThe other receipt dated 5/28/showed we would give her days to bring wheels/tires in for a full refundLike I have mentioned before I've tried to work with her in every way you can think of and she has failed to cooperateI have the caps on my desk and all I asked her was to wait in office while we installed them and she refusedNever was Mrs*** bullied, mistreated or threatened by any of our staffWe are upset over these accusations and we prefer to no longer do any business with her to avoid further unnecessary scandal
