I purchased an car from the dealer, which he knew had existing problems,Dec.15,2019. Just over two week the car broke down, I hadn't even made an 1st month payment yet. I called him he told to call the warranty department,and was told the transmission was gone. I am looking for reimbursement for the money it has cost me to get back and forth to work. $263.61 as of today. This is uber cost.

Gas Auto Sales sold Mr. said vehicle on 12/12/2019. The dealership drove this particular vehicle 487 miles prior to him purchasing it> we had no knowledge of any Mechanical failures. I advised the customer that the financial institution would offer him a warranty if he so accepted it would be a 24 month 24K miles powertrain that had rental car & towing 100.00 deductible when Mr. was contracted by the finance company he accepted the warranty. Mr. contacted Gas Auto Sales and spoke with me approximately 3 weeks after he purchased said vehicle indicating it was having a mechanical failure I advised him to contact the warranty company and they would start a claim I have not spoken with Mr. since that day he contacted me in regards to the mechanical issue.
His warranty has rental car allowance on it of I believe 25.00 per day. I don't feel like the dealership owes Mr. any monies from him having to acquire transportation

This is the insurance company he recommended, he stated he used this company for years, so how would I have and $25 a day rental when they stated my policy had been canceled 2 days after the due date. I know him the car had vibration he claimed it was an tire out of balance. Now the warranty company he recommended, picked the car up on Dec.30, I haven't seen my since then, yet I'm spending more money. They collected the car payment out of my account.
