I reviewed the video of the vehicle and inspected the vehicle that has a with a wheel damage claim
Multiple factors contributed to wheel damage during this wash
When the customer entered the wash bay they drove over the left guide rail with the front tire and then turned the wheel to the right to correct the alignmentThis positioned the front of the vehicle between the guide rails, but positioned the drivers side rear of the vehicle too far to the left in the wash bay This improper alignment coupled with large aftermarket wheels(Larger footprint than factory tires and wheels) magnified the circumstances of miss alignment in the bay
Customer did not put vehicle in parkThis caused the machine to move the vehicle(the vehicle has to be park) Had the vehicle been in park the gantry would of stopped when the hub scrub brush hit the left rear tire
The sign at the entrance of the wash bay properly reflects the instructions for entering the bay
Due to not properly following the posted instructions,Gas Dude is not responsible for the damages to Mr* *** truck
