We were forced into contract with this company after we purchased a home in the Vestaburg, MI area as the owner had just filled her tank and pre bought LP gas. Now we wanted to switch back to our LP provider in Mt. Pleasant ([redacted] Oil). Gas Production told us we had to get their tank to 0 before they would pick it up. Even though we had our furnace, hot water and cook stove on the LP we had to get it to 0. With kids in the house that is very hard to fun our of heat, hot water, etc.... They did not care if we ran out and had no heat, hot water or were able to cook, they wanted us at 0. Most companies want the tanks at 5% or lower. Person answering the phone very rude!!! We are now back with [redacted] and love this company. Beware of Gas Production. Higher prices, do not care about their customers well being!!!
