Review: I took my car to wash March *, 2014. The car's antenna was unscrewed before wash and was lost. Spoke to [redacted] (who I was told by a casher) is the [redacted] of the business. He advice me to call Monday, March * as they are going to look for the antenna. I called 03/** but [redacted] was busy and could not talk to me, he did not have time to return my call later, nor day after. Went back to car wash and was told that they could not find the antenna, did not return my call either.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace the antenna that was lost during the car wash.
