On April 28th,I had Gas Specialties,LLC install gas lines running from my trailer to the gas meter I was going to buy my gas heater from this company and they were to install itNow! Have found out their phone number is no longer in service and there no one at the business address on Royal AveI send a letter to the owner of the company to notify me about my heater, got no answerNow! I'm in limbo on getting my heater and having it hooked upThis Company is not worthy of being in business and seems they are no longer in businessI'm disable widow woman and I got shafted by the company

On April 28th,2015 I had Gas Specialties,LLC install gas lines running from my trailer to the gas meter. I was going to buy my gas heater from this company and they were to install it. Now! Have found out their phone number is no longer in service and there no one at the business address on Royal Ave. I send a letter to the owner of the company to notify me about my heater, got no answer. Now! I'm in limbo on getting my heater and having it hooked up. This Company is not worthy of being in business and seems they are no longer in business. I'm disable widow woman and I got shafted by the company.

Gas Specialties set an installation appointment for Dec 11, 2014 for installing a gas line at my house. I called that morning and was told they were finishing a job and would be at my house in about 2 hours. Later, I received a call that their service truck was down and they would be out first thing the next morning. When they hadn't shown up at approximately 9am, I began calling them. I called at least 3 times during the course of the day. I got their voice mail and a message that the voice mail box was full. I called first thing Mon, Dec 15, 2014 and was told they were loading the truck and would be right out. At 0915 they still had not shown up and both numbers available for them are answered by voice mail. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have said so. They have kept me hanging for a month. Over a week to receive a bid and get scheduled. Nine days waited for a scheduled installation and now three days sitting at home waiting for them to show up.
