I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. 
First, A call was made to support on 12/1/2017 and our email address and phone number were left with no response via phone or email. While I understand all debits are made with a "DRIVER ID" this is the equivalent to a PIN number. I can provide documentation from my financial institution showing that the noted transactions were not attempted to be withdrawn from our accounts until, at times, in excess ofn14 days had transpired from the date of said transaction(s). I have legitimate bank documentation of when funds were attempted to be withdrawn from my account and they were not attempted to be withdrawn within two days of ALL noted transactions.  I additionally wanted to add in reply to the businesses response that not only did they not respond to our attempt to notify them of the lost/stolen card - they did not reply to any of our emails after that date, nor did we get any replies (other than automated responses) to our emails attempting to rectify this ordeal before contacting the Revdex.com. Then, to make it more appalling, the only email we got was notifying us that our two previous email attempts at straightening this out with Gasbuddy had been "closed" - without so much as a response.

We did not receive notice of the stolen card until December 6, 2017. They referenced a submission on 12/1/17, of which we have no record of any cancellation request or call to support. We believe all the transactions processed were valid. Transactions require a driver ID to be entered at the pump...

and all transactions made had no issues with the pin being entered correctly or multiple tries to use the card. The amounts and fuel type match the customer's previous transactions. In regards to the 2 day processing please see the transaction details below. Initial fund withdrawal was consistently requested within 1-2 business days from the initial transaction. The only lag incurred for funds transfer was due to NSF from the initial request to the bank. In those cases settlement took additional days, but the initial fund transfer was requested within 1-2 business days. Purchase on 10/20 for 12.41 was settled on 10/24, which is within 2 business days, not 11/28 as referenced by the customer. Purchase on 10/23 for $51.14 processed on 10/24, we received an NSF from the bank on 10/26. We attempted to reprocess to collect funds due and it was settled on 11/9. Purchase on 11/7 for $57.81 was processed on 11/8. Purchase on 11/23 for $59.66 was processed on 11/27 (within the 2 business days because of the holiday), we received an NSF on 11/29.
