I went to this chiropractor because I was in serious pain and my original one was out of town for the week When I went here, they REQUIRE x-rays at an upfront down payment of $80!!!! (Even though I had insurance) They only tell you this once you are in the room with the chiropractor Not to mention they REQUIRE you to watch a short video all about their business/testimonials before even seeing the doctor Also, not told until seeing the chiro is that they do not typically adjust you on the first visit, however compassionate as the doctor is, he did adjust meWhat is customary would be to go home and bring your family/significant other back with you to the appointment so they can then discuss a treatment plan and adjust you this day and furtherI paid the entire cost of my visit, they did not bill my insurance and should and I should be entitled to a refund I call and they take a message, but do not return my callI have more to say, but no more room to write
