Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The owner is wrong he is using a made up policy ( happy hour is for bar area only?)to keep customers from receiving the 30% discount.No where is it written ( or stated by waiter) that the happy hour discounts are for a certain area in the restaurant only? If that was the case the waiter should/could have told us when we ordered,or put the disclaimer in you print ad......."discount is only available in the lounge"?What I would like is for an independent investigation or an impartial third party(Revdex.com) to make a decision on who's right? This advertisement clearly states 30% off of drinks and appetizers.The discount was refused because we were seated outside not inside? No mention of us not getting the discount when we were seated outside or when we ordered or when we gave the waiter the coupon before we orderedThe restaurant was not busy at this time and had maybe or other tables partially filled.kind regards, [redacted]

Happy Hour at the Gashouse is 4:- 6:daily in the bar and cocktail are only All up charges including twice baked potatoes and additional bacon and cheese are clearly marked at the top of the menu, thankyou

We do "Happy Hour" in the bar and cocktail lounge from 4:30-6:daily it is not available in the dining rooms, we have been doing this for a long time serving hundreds of thousands of customers over the years and this customer is the only one I've ever had not understand this We are a
business in a seasonal resort with limited table space we can not afford to discount our dining room tables during peak business times We advertise this in our local paper in a three inch advertisement, it is not a coupon it simply states our hours of operation and general information including address and phone number and that happy hour is available from 4:to 6:00, 80% of the ad is dedicated to other specials that the customer did take advantage of as well, again it is not a coupon.I have explained this to the customer now several times, I am sorry he is confused by this policy but that is how we run our happy hour and have done so for a long time, thanks
