I am rejecting this response because: Very few complaints as a Company with a good name shouldn't you want no complaints How many others has he done this I also was going to buy this off *** from him But he said to do it off *** I do have my question on its heating capabilities on *** more for the correct stove is high I should of had the correct stove from start Im will to pay addital

Dealer sold product based on the information given by customerHe had not seen the house to properly size stoveThe dealer is willing to exchange stove for larger model at a fair additional costWe as a manufacturer can not dictate how a another company runs it's businessThe dealer in which this stove was purchased from has sold a lot of our products of many years with very few complaints

In response to the complaint that we receivedWe had spoke over the telephone with the customer several times to try and helpWe had contacted a local dealer to look at the stoveThat dealer got back to us and suggested the stove was to smallThe customer purchased the stove from a different
dealerWe had contacted that dealer he had told us the customer wanted to heat SQ feetWhen the customer contacted us he said it was SQ feetThe dealer that we sent there thought it was even larger than thatIf the home was looked at by a professional and the stove was sized by us we would try to make a exchange for a larger stove
