I had Paul from gasworks install a fireplace about a year and a half ago It was installed incorrectly and he had to come back to fix it The second installation was poorly done as well Although I have called, left messages and send texts multiple times (at least 20), there has been no response, no ownership of the problem or an offer to compensate Very frustrating I would certainly not recommend using this company for anything in the future

Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been dealing with contractors for many many years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. You will be chased for money in a half finished job. Your calls will be ignored. Service calls ignored. Call from a different unrecognized number and you'll get an answer. You'll get a time then he will no show with no contact. Again and again. I'm likely left in a position to get someone else to address the deficiencies and then sue Gasworks Waterloo. Do yourself a favour and call ANY other HVAC contractor other than Gasworks Waterloo.
