My daughter received therapy following knee surgery She visited this clinic several timesThe clinic billed our insurance company and was paid every time they submitted a bill But more than three years after supposedly rendering three additional therapy sessions for which they never billed or sought reimbursement through my insurance, Physiotherapy Associates sent me a billI called them and asked why they hadn't sent this for payment through the insurance company - as they had done with all other billsI didn't really get an explanationI asked that they do so for these bills, even though now they were three years old That was more than three months ago They apparently didn't submit anything, and instead chose to send the alleged bill to collections Ridiculous
