I ordered a part from them online and the same day was advised by them that the part had been shipped Six days later I don't see it and the tracking number provided tells me it hasn't even been dropped off at the post office by the retailer So I send a message Two days later no answer so I send another message Retailer finally gets back to me with some fantastic story about how they found a small crack in the part and had to order another one from the mfr
Anyway three weeks later I got my part and I left a negative review on the third-party auction site we transacted through Mr *** has been back and forth with me via email numerous times with various excuses and blaming all of my disappointment on me In my opinion this company has a hard time accepting any blame what so ever, and their reviews show it (eBay, Google, Revdex.com)
Ordered items and were delivered promptly. One item did not work and requested return via email. No response. Website states circuit cards cannot be returned. Informed company in email circuit card did not work. Did not return email within 2 weeks. Called 2 times and both times person answering phone stated wait to speak to owner. Never answered and then phone disconnected. Called back and same thing. After sending second email to customer service link then owner suddenly answered email as if he was surprised. Worse service ever. Told him I would rather throw circuit card in trash and eat $250 spent rather than deal with his company again. Worse service ever.
