G.A.T.E.

On May 30,2012 Mr. [redacted] came to my and my husbands business located at [redacted] in Vienna to pick up a check after Mr. [redacted] and I had a conversation about us hiring his company to send a clown and other things to my daughters birthday party which was to take place at my residence on 6/17/12. Mr. [redacted] was quite unprofessional and came unprepared and seemed confused. He wrote some things down on a piece of paper which my husband had to photocopy so we had a copy. It states that for the date of 6/17/12 he was to send: 1 comic clown, 1 magician, 1 snow cone machine, 1 cotton candy machine and also to include balloon animals for a total of 2 hours. the day before the party he calls my husband and he and the "clown" come to my house on 6/16/12 so they could see where they would be having the party. the day of the party the gentlemen shows up dressed as a magician. he wasted an hour talking to my brother in law about sports, and when he finally remembered why he was there, he started the cotton candy machine. he then performed magic show and after did balloon animals. he never brought a snow cone machine and he never did dress like a clown. I paid Mr. [redacted] $250.00 in full with the check number being [redacted] on May 30. he did not send me what we agreed on. I got no clown and no snow cone machine. I called Mr. [redacted] on June 18 to discuss this and he stuttered about having to talk to the "magician" and would call me back. I waited patiently for one week and no call. so I called him and left a message on his voicemail today with no return call yet. I think I should get reimbursed some monetary amount. I specifically sought him out for the purpose of a CLOWN and did not get one.
