First of all Gateman Inc voided the invoice at courtesy & due to our respect to *** *** management co that we do quit bit of business.Second, this operator is very very old & worn outNone of the factory that we worked with warranty electronic partThey warranty year only
when a new completesystem is installed.Third of all, under ground electrical & control wiring have been weathered & damaged due to drive way continuous vibration & movement Worst of all this brand of system has been engineered too sensitive for Apts applicationsThey has had been replace with better quality & stronger equipment all over Houston since years agonow very few left in Houston area.Last thing to considered is that this system is exposed to public vandalismThe Apt's complex maintenance staff is working on it also without expertize.Gateman Inc has given bid to replace them several years in a row per same person request that is filed this complaint for what ever is her unreasonable limitation or dedication or favoritism to this particular operator that has cost owner tremendously repair cost & down time.*** ***
An on time payment & respond would have been easier solution to this matter
They made payment after numerous costly collection effort from ***
Finally they paid almost a year later after we placed a lien against the property.
They have cost us tendentious amount of trouble
to get paid
We refused to serve themThey begged us & prepaid us to work for them
Also, they have property at *** *** that is also managed by *** *** ***.
She has not paid for a pre written proposed service that was completed by Gateman since *** for $***Base less excuses after excuses have given.
We sent them a letter of attempt to lien, but finally we give it up since proceeding it would have cost us even more money & headache.
Best option for any service co is to let go of customers that have no intention to pay to began too an it is almost impossible to avoid
